That’s when a long-time dream resurfaced. Trained in the culinary arts in France, Jonathan has always been passionate about sharing accessible, generous, and genuine cuisine. Crêpes are one of those simple pleasures we love to enjoy, no matter our age or where we are. For a long time, this project seemed hard to bring to life after arriving in Canada. But that day, everything clicked.
